Parental controls

Parental controls allow you to view and manage your child’s experience on Roblox. These controls are available for parents of children in Roblox Kids and Roblox Select accounts.

How to set-up your parental controls

Step 1:

Help your child navigate to the Parental controls tab in their Roblox account Settings.

Step 2:

Click Add parent. Type in your email address where prompted. This will trigger an email with instructions for creating and linking your account.

Step 3:

Follow the instructions in the email that was sent to your inbox. If you’re new to Roblox, create an account. Be sure to have a government-issued ID ready to verify your identity.

Step 4:

Once your account is created, you’ll see a prompt asking if you want to link your account to your child’s. Click Agree. This will give you access to parental controls for their account.
