Turn on parental controls
By creating an account, linking it to your child's, and setting up parental controls, you can help your kids avoid too much screen time, inappropriate content, and more.
Parenting teens
Creating an at-home environment that feels safe and open is a great way to support your teen. Let them know you’re always there for them, and listen openly to them.
Let them know about our teen resources. These were created in partnership with our Teen Council and professional organizations who have experience dealing with challenging online situations. For parents with neurodivergent children under 13
Risk factors such as communication differences and increased impulse or hyperfocus behaviors may put neurodivergent children at a higher risk to scams. Here’s how you can help.
Manage their content
Help your child find games that are age-appropriate and offer low-pressure environments. Play with them and see how they interact with others in these games.
Tip: Use parental controls to monitor content maturity levels, screen time, and who they’re interacting with.
Talk often

Tip: Talk regularly about the topics addressed in the section above to help them decipher red flags.
Reporting & blocking
If you or your child notice a violation to our Community Standards or Terms of Use, you can report the issue or block a user. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or interactions that contain, promote, share, or engages in sexual abuse, and request your support in reporting
